What can I expect from the event?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is coming to Madrid! Following its resounding worldwide success, the experience arrives in the capital. Featuring a variety of nostalgia-packed, interactive set recreations, it’s the ultimate experience for FRIENDS™ fans. You can pose on the iconic orange couch, sit at Monica and Rachel’s kitchen table, kick back and relax in Joey and Chandler’s comfy chairs, and so much more.
Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at IFEMA MADRID, Pavilion 14.1.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
It takes approximately 60 minutes to walk through from start to finish.
Is there parking available?
Yes, IFEMA MADRID offers paid parking within the fairgrounds.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! At the end of the tour, you will find The FRIENDS™ Experience Retail Store offering exclusive products from the experience. This store can be accessed with or without a ticket.
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, there will be a box office on-site with the same pricing as online purchases. However, tickets may sell out quickly, so we recommend booking in advance through the Fever app or website.
What tickets have reduced prices?
We offer discounted tickets for students, seniors (65+), people with disabilities and their companions, children aged 4 to 15, and groups of 10 or more (Friends Ticket). Prices vary depending on the day and time of the visit. Additionally, children under 4 years (0–3) require a free ticket. Please check the website for availability and updated prices before purchasing.
From what age do children need a ticket?
Children under 4 (ages 0–3) enter for free but need a free ticket. Children aged 4 to 15 require a discounted ticket.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free by clicking "Transfer tickets" on your Fever app ticket. Contact us if you need additional help, and make sure to include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your tickets will be validated directly on the Fever app. You can print your ticket if you prefer.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can locate your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under the Tickets section. If you haven't installed it, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used for purchasing. If you still can’t find it, please contact us.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are allowed up to 72 hours before the start time. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Under what circumstances can I request a refund?
According to Regulation 11/2009 of July 6, on public shows and recreational activities, organizers must refund users if the event is canceled or significantly modified, except when clearly stated that the organizers reserve the right to change the programming, or if the modification occurs due to unforeseen or force majeure events after the event has started.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive on time to help keep lines moving smoothly. You may enter up to 30 minutes after your scheduled time, but we recommend arriving early to fully enjoy the experience.
What time does the venue close?
The venue closes one hour after the last scheduled session starts. Check our website for specific opening hours, as they vary by day.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No pets are allowed inside, but officially registered service dogs (such as guide dogs) are permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility, with suitable entrances and ramps throughout the venue.
Do you offer tickets for companions of disabled visitors?
Yes, visitors needing assistance can purchase a discounted ticket for their companion through our website. Show proof of the need for an accompanying person upon arrival. Both the person with a disability and the companion need a ticket.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired people?
Yes, both deaf and visually impaired visitors can enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?
This is a guided experience with a marked path. However, some seating is available along the route. Ask our staff for directions if you need to rest.

Yes, restrooms are available. Ask our staff for directions if needed.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely! Feel free to take photos, but please be considerate of other visitors. And remember to share your photos on social media with #FriendsTheExperience so we can see them!
Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found?
Check with on-site staff for lost items. If you've left the venue, contact us by email or through the app, and we’ll notify you if your item is found.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers, suitcases, and other large items (like bicycles or scooters) are not allowed inside the tour. However, you can purchase a €2 storage option when buying your ticket.
Is there a coat check?
Is it obvious I’m wearing six sweaters? Yes, coat check services are available for €2 per item.
